Terence P. Weiss
President and Managing Director
Terence P. Weiss earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a
Masters of Business Administration in Finance with honors from Indiana
University. Mr. Weiss has been employed in the field of finance for over
twenty years. He began his career in finance performing various functions
in financial analysis and taxation, then focused on managing private
investment portfolios while undertaking a variety of responsibilities in
the analysis of equity and fixed income securities. Mr. Weiss joined
Wallington Asset Management in 1988 as Vice-President and subsequently
became President of the organization. Mr. Weiss
continues to serve as President of Wallington, is actively
involved in portfolio management and security analysis and serves as
Chairman of Wallington Asset Management's Investment Selection
Committee.

Jeffrey G. Dowden, CFA
Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager
Jeffrey G. Dowden earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ball State
University in 1984. Mr. Dowden is a past president and board
member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis and is a member of
the CFA Institute. His career in the investment business
began in 1989 in the retail brokerage business as a
registered representative. He worked for Smith Barney, Inc.
for over five years and joined Wallington Asset Management
in 1997 after serving as Registered Principal and Director
of Operations of a Robert Thomas Securities office in
Indiana. At Wallington Asset Management, Mr. Dowden serves
as portfolio manager and is a member of Wallington Asset
Management’s Investment Selection Committee.

John W. Rosebrough, CFA
Chief Compliance Officer
and Portfolio Manager
John W.
Rosebrough serves as a portfolio manager and is actively
involved in the evaluation of equity and fixed income
investments at Wallington. Mr. Rosebrough also serves as the
firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for the
direction and coordination of the firm’s day to day
operations. He began his investment career in 1995 as a
registered representative with a regional brokerage firm.
Prior to joining Wallington, he held several positions with
Charles Schwab & Co., most recently as a Sr. Fixed Income
Specialist with Schwab Capital Markets Fixed Income &
Specialized Products Group. Mr. Rosebrough earned a Bachelor
of Arts in Economics from Indiana University. He is a member
of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Indianapolis.

Christopher R. Norwood, CFA
Chief Investment Strategist
Christopher R. Norwood earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism
from Davidson College and a Masters degree from the University
of Colorado. Prior to joining Wallington, Mr. Norwood was the
Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Biechele Royce
Advisors, a firm he co-founded. Chris also served as Chief
Investment Officer for the General Partner of Keystone Fund,
L.P., a small and mid cap alternative investment partnership,
from 1995 through 2007. In 2001, Barron’s recognized Keystone
Fund as a top performing partnership. Chris logged thirty-five
combat missions and one hundred fifty-five combat hours in
Southwest Asia. He received two meritorious service medals, an
air combat medal, an aerial achievement medal, and the Southwest
Asian combat medal during his Air Force Service. Chris also
served as the Air Force liaison officer to Thailand from 1995 to
1998 – an experience that he credits with broadening his
perspective on investing outside of the United States. At
Wallington Asset Management, Mr. Norwood serves as Chief
Investment Strategist and is instrumental in formulating asset
allocation policy and portfolio strategy. He is a past board
member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis and a current member
of the CFA Institute.

Matthew K.
Lawson, CFA
Vice President and Senior Research Analyst
Matthew Lawson earned a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration degree (Summa Cum Laude)
from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to
joining Wallington Asset Management, Mr. Lawson conducted
fundamental analyses for high yield corporate debt issues as
the lead analyst for the healthcare and chemical sectors.
His duties included in-depth financial reviews, evaluation
of industry dynamics and examination of lenders’ agreements
and bond indentures. Prior to that, he was an analyst in
Conseco, Inc.’s fixed income management division. Earlier in
his career, Mr. Lawson assisted with the design,
implementation and ongoing support of non-qualified
executive deferred compensation plans. At Wallington Asset
Management, Mr. Lawson serves as a Vice President and Senior
Research Analyst, assessing the investment potential of
equities and fixed income investments for client portfolios
and contributes to the firm’s overall investment strategy.
He is a member of the Vermont CFA Society and is a member of
the CFA Institute.
Jamie L. Miller
Director of Client Services
Jamie L. Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Butler University. Mrs. Miller's experience in the financial services
industry began in 1991. Prior to joining Wallington Asset Management in
1995, she worked at Prudential Securities as a registered sales assistant.
Mrs. Miller is currently responsible for the division's technical
operations that pertain to the servicing of client accounts.

Kristin D. Wagenhauser
Client Services Manager
Kristin D. Wagenhauser moved to Indianapolis in 2001 after serving in
Germany as a civilian assistant to a Colonel in the United States
Air Force on Ramstein Air Force Base. Upon her return to the
States, Mrs. Wagenhauser was employed as an Administrative Assistant
to the CEO of an Indiana-based firm specializing in leveraged
buyouts. Mrs. Wagenhauser joined Wallington Asset Management
in 2002 and is directly responsible for the servicing of client's
accounts as well as utilizing her advanced skills in technology
and marketing to assist in the coordination of Wallington's
business development efforts. In addition, Mrs. Wagenhauser
is actively involved as a volunteer for a variety of local community
activities through the Indianapolis Ambassadors.

Robert C. Klemkosky, Ph.D.
Analytical Consultant
Robert C. Klemkosky holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from
Michigan State University and a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of Michigan. He is the
founding dean of a Graduate School of Business at Sungkyunkwan
University in Seoul, Korea and is the Fred T. Greene Professor
Emeritus of Finance at the Indiana University Kelley School of
Business where he also served as Chairman of the Finance
Department from 1986 to 1992 and again from 2000 to 2003. He was
Associate Dean-Research and Operations from 1992-1995. Dr.
Klemkosky’s research and teaching interests are in the financial
markets. His research has focused on three primary topics: 1)
Risk-Return Analysis; 2) Market Efficiency; and 3) Derivatives.
His work has entailed empirical investigations of the above
topics and has resulted in more than 30 articles published in
leading finance journals. He was the Associate Editor of the
Journal of Finance and has served as Vice President of the
Financial Management Association. He is currently a trustee for
a mutual fund management company and is the first non-Korean to
serve as a director of the Korea Stock Exchange. Dr. Klemkosky
is a founder of Wallington Asset Management and serves as an
analytical consultant to the Investment Selection Committee.
